We decided to stop here while in the area and got an avocado toast, an eggplant and feta toast, and a slice of multilayer chocolate cake. We also got a couple of coffee drinks. Inside was comforting and homey and it really had a strong neighborhood vibe to the place. The workers there all seemed busy and were friendly. They originally got one of our orders wrong, but they were quick to fix it and very nice about it. It's always great to see how businesses handle things like this. Honestly the food was outstanding. I didn't expect the avocado toast to be so delicious, but the avocado was perfect and the toast was big and crunchy. It was perfectly positioned between being strong enough to support the toppings, but soft enough to be delicate to chew easily. The eggplant and feta toast was just as good. The multilayer chocolate cake was sinfully divine. Everything you want in a chocolate cake -- moist, gooey with frosting, and deep dark chocolatey taste. YUM.

I have been here a couple of times, and the atmosphere is just great. Lovely little place to go and meet for coffee and a pastry. I do recommend sticking to the coffee and pastries, they offer a pretty decent value for the price. Their carrot cake is very good :) The other food is a tad expensive, and the breakfast sandwich I had was tasty but not worth $14+tip/tax. Homemade bread is a plus but it was a little too heavy and rich. Street parking is easy to find.

We visited this cafe on a rainy morning looking to try the breakfast sandwich that we heard about. It did not disappoint! The sandwich roll was lightly toasted and buttered- easily the star of the show…until you realize that all parts work together harmoniously- the melted cheddar, scrambled egg, and crispy bacon- 10/10 We also got some cookies- the cherry chocolate chip- whoa whoa whoa…hello decadence! The coffee- excellent! The atmosphere- warm and cozy Planning on returning soon

Crowded with nowhere to sit. They didn’t have the decor that was in the pics I viewed so it just wasn’t that cute. The minestrone soup taste like it had soap in it lol. And the matcha latte was way too milky. Tasted like hot milk with a sprinkle of matcha powder. Not sweet. This place has potential but my experience just wasn’t worthwhile. I wouldn’t go back, I’d try somewhere else instead.

The food isn’t great but isn’t bad either. The location and atmosphere are the best! Had avacado toast, dill egg salad and tomato soup - all were decent

I came here on a rainy Sunday morning for brunch. Street parking was easy to find. We had to wait a little for a table, but that's because there's limited seating inside. There're outdoor seating available, but we couldn't use them due to the rain. Food: They only serve breakfast menu before 11AM and the breakfast menu was rather limited (bagel, yogurt, pastries). It's not enough for a Sunday brunch, so if you come with an empty stomach, it's better to wait for their lunch menu. The pastry selection is also limited (no chocolate croissant!). The drinks menu was great, has a variety of selection at an affordable price. Service: You order at the counter then find your own seats, so not much service involved, but the staff was very friendly. Atmosphere: I really like the relaxing vibe here. Most of the interior space is set up as a grocery store with interesting food items to choose from. There are seven or eight tables/sofa near the window with cute flower decorations.

Insane atmosphere! My friend told me their pastries are great too. I think you come for the vibe, not so much for the food. They mostly serve sandwiches. They are simple and original at the same time somehow. I don't think they are big enough for a full breakfast, yet alone brunch, but made-to-order food is rare and I appreciate places like this.

Food was great, but insanely overpriced. For two slices of toast (which were admittedly really good) and two drinks, I paid $36.66. Also, the workers were really rude. The person who took my order was friendly but the people who give you your food and drink were really short and annoyed with me for no reason whatsoever. I came up after they called my name and they were just so awful right away. Maybe I’ll come here again but the price and customer service really ruined the experience.
